Job summary

HashRoot is seeking a BIW Underbody Design Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in UG NX, advanced surface and sheet-metal modelling, DMU, EBOM, GD&T, and DFMEA/DVP&R. OEM exposure including welding, fixtures, gun-access, painting and sealing knowledge is preferred.

Role focuses on production and manufacturing activities across multiple sites including Hosur, Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai, with a strong emphasis on design integrity and deliverables in a global IT-driven environment.

Qualifications

• UG NX expertise in advanced surface/assembly & sheet-metal modelling, DMU, EBOM, GD&T, DFMEA/DVP&R.
• OEM experience, welding, fixture, gun-access, painting & sealing knowledge.
