Qualifications

• Engineering degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities:-

• Machine design

• Design, develop, and optimize machines for chemical process industries using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Prepare machine layouts for proposal team to bid for various projects.
• 3d modelling & drafting
• Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and CAD files for machine components, assemblies, and complete systems.
• Prototype development
• Collaborate with the prototype team to bring designs to life and troubleshoot any design-related issues.
• Technical specifications
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including machine specifications, materials, and assembly instructions
• Testing & validation
• Work with the R&D and testing teams to validate machine functionality, ensure design compliance, and perform modifications when necessary.
• Product improvement
• Analyse existing designs and recommend improvements to increase performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with production, assembly, and quality and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Compliance & standards.
• Ensure that all designs meet industry standards, safety that all designs meet industry st regulations, and environmental requirements
