Job summary

IEG Auto Power Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Design Engineer to contribute across CAD, product design and DFM/DFA for EV and clean-energy projects.

You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to drive prototyping, CNC/die-casting, production readiness and quality improvements, ensuring manufacturability and cost targets. EV/automotive experience is preferred and the role offers exposure to cutting-edge energy technologies within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CAD and product design experience.
• Experience with DFM/ DFA and supplier/development activities.
• EV/automotive exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on CAD and product design tasks aligned with DFM/ DFA.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for development and prototyping.
• Support CNC/die-casting processes, production readiness and quality.
