Hiring Talent for a fast pace growing company in Design Engineering/PMC - Power Distribution, Nuclear, Railway, Energy & Infrastructure

Minimum 3-8 Years’ Experience in the field of Detail Design Consultant (DDC), EPC, verification, and validations of site works etc. for Airport and Railways, Residential, Commercial, Industrial Building.

Essential Responsibilities:

Preparing design as per the design standards (NFPA, IS, NBC, BS, SBC, International Standard, and benchmarking client’s)
Having Basic knowledge of Modelling, Drafting, detailing and coordination's using latest BIM software's like Revit-MEP, Navisworks, BIM360, AutoCAD and also good knowledge and coordination capability of multi trades like HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting. Following the National and International Codes & Standards as ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, NBC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, IS, IEC etc.
Ensure schedule and cost considerations are included in design decisions, while maintaining primary responsibility to assure safe and appropriate quality designs.
Preparation of Equipment Schedules and Bill of Quantities and contractor bill verification.
Responsible for completion of projects within his/her team to time and cost.
Undertake and manage liaison with System engineers, third parties and specialist system suppliers and incorporate their requirements in the detail design.
Authors technical reports of acceptable technical and presentational quality. Able to present their work and represent their colleagues on the project in presentations and meetings.
Good report writing skills, experience of making presentations to and attending meetings with clients is essential.
