Hiring Talent for a fast pace growing company in Design Engineering/PMC - Power Distribution, Nuclear, Railway, Energy & Infrastructure

Minimum 3-8 Years’ Experience in the field of Detail Design Consultant (DDC), EPC, verification, and validations of site works etc. for Airport and Railways, Residential, Commercial, Industrial Building.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Preparing design as per the design standards (NFPA, IS, NBC, BS, SBC, International Standard, and benchmarking client’s)
• Having Basic knowledge of Modelling, Drafting, detailing and coordination's using latest BIM software's like Revit-MEP, Navisworks, BIM360, AutoCAD and also good knowledge and coordination capability of multi trades like HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting. Following the National and International Codes & Standards as ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, NBC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, IS, IEC etc.
• Ensure schedule and cost considerations are included in design decisions, while maintaining primary responsibility to assure safe and appropriate quality designs.
• Preparation of Equipment Schedules and Bill of Quantities and contractor bill verification.
• Responsible for completion of projects within his/her team to time and cost.
• Undertake and manage liaison with System engineers, third parties and specialist system suppliers and incorporate their requirements in the detail design.
• Authors technical reports of acceptable technical and presentational quality. Able to present their work and represent their colleagues on the project in presentations and meetings.
• Good report writing skills, experience of making presentations to and attending meetings with clients is essential.
