Design Engineer - Work Experience Requirements

Entry-Level (0–3 Years)

• Assists in design and drafting under senior engineers' supervision.
• Gains familiarity with Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IPC, etc.).

Mid-Level (3–7 Years)

• Independently handles design for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinates with structural and architectural teams.
• Experience with Saudi municipal approval processes and project documentation.

Senior-Level (8+ Years)

• Leads complete MEP design projects.
• Involvement in value engineering, sustainable design, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of Aramco, SEC, and Royal Commission standards.
• Capable of managing multi-disciplinary teams and client interactions.
