Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj in Bengaluru seeks an Electrical engineer with 4–8 years of experience in the manufacture or design of gas insulated switchgear. You will apply knowledge of IS/IEC/UL/ANSI/UBC/CBC/SEISMIC codes and lead engineering tasks in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Eplan, AutoCAD, PLC circuits and simulation software, strong communication, and problem-solving skills to support installation and operation of low voltage switchgear systems.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/ Masters in Electrical Engineering with 4–8 years of experience in the manufacture or design of Gas insulated switchgear.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assemblies.
• Familiar with IS/IEC/UL/ANSI/UBC/CBC/SEISMIC codes & standards governing low voltage switchboards/switchgear.
• Knowledge on UL1558 & UL891 is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Eplan, Auto CAD, PLCs circuit and Simulation software.

Qualification & Experience:

BE/B.Tech/ Masters in Electrical Engineering along with 4 to 8 years of experience in the manufacture or design of Gas insulated switchgear.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Excellent problem resolution skills.
• Knowledge of low voltage switchboard / switchgear design, installation, and use.
• Knowledge of IS/IEC/UL/ANSI/UBC/CBC/SEISMIC codes & standards governing the installation and use of low voltage switchboards / switchgear. Knowledge on UL1558 & UL891 is added advantage.
• Hands on experience with Eplan, Auto cad, PLCs circuit and Simulation software.
