Job summary

POIZ & WURFEL Kuche HSR Layout is seeking a dynamic Sales & Design Consultant with strong interior design knowledge and excellent sales skills. He/She shall guide clients through end-to-end interiors, modular kitchens, and wardrobes, balancing aesthetics and practicality.

The role requires client-facing finesse, design guidance, and closing skills, with coordination across production and installation teams in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in home interior design and sales.
• Strong design understanding with ability to guide on layouts, colours, materials.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modelling and rendering tools preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Strong sales aptitude with proven ability to convert leads into closures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and brief them about brands during studio walk-throughs.
• Understand customer requirements, lifestyle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present tailored package with layouts, mood boards, materials and design recommendations.
• Provide design guidance ensuring feasibility, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with production, backend operations, and installation teams.
• Maintain clear communication and timely follow-ups with all clients.
• Keep updated with industry trends, materials, finishes, and modular interior solutions.

About the Role

Poiz & Wurfel Kuche HSR Layout, is looking for a dynamic, energetic Sales & Design Consultant with strong interior design knowledge and excellent sales skills. He/She shall possess strong business acumen, active listening skills, negotiation tactics and zeal to achieve & excel targets. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the end-to-end process—understanding requirements, presenting design ideas, offering material/finish recommendations, and successfully closing sales for interiors, modular kitchens & wardrobes solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, brief them about brands, conduct professional studio walk-throughs.
• Understand customer requirements, lifestyle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present tailored package consisting layouts, mood board concepts, material options, and design recommendations as per needs and budget confidently.
• Provide design guidance and ensure feasibility, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with production, backend operations, and installation teams for project execution.
• Maintain clear communication and timely follow-ups with all clients.
• Keep updated with industry trends, materials, finishes, and modular interior solutions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Home Interior Design & sales. (Preferably in luxury segment)
• Strong design understanding with the ability to guide clients on layouts, colours, materials, and functionality.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modelling and rendering tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Strong sales aptitude with proven ability to convert leads into closures.

Salary

30,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience and skills) plus target based incentives
