Apurvakriti Infrastructure Private Limited is seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager – Ballastless Track to support the execution and management of large-scale railway and metro track projects in Mumbai/Pune, Maharashtra. The role requires strong technical expertise and hands-on site leadership.

You will oversee planning, coordinate with clients and contractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive progress from site initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in railway/metro infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant track works.
• Experience in execution and supervision of urban metro or railway projects.
• Knowledge of technical standards, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of ballastless track works
• Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution
• Ensure implementation of safety procedures, technical specifications, and contract requirements
• Monitor progress of slab track and ballastless track installations and resolve site-related issues
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting
• Support project documentation, billing, procurement coordination, and approvals
