Zyeta, an integrated workspace design-and-build company, invites applications for an Assistant Project Manager – MEP to support end-to-end MEP execution on large commercial interior projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams, review drawings and BOQs, track progress, manage site teams, and ensure safety and quality according to Zyeta standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial office interiors, Design & Build, or interior fit-out projects.
• Experience with 50,000–100,000 sq. ft. projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Building Services.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination, site execution, and project management.

Zyeta is an integrated workspace design-and-build company delivering innovative commercial office interiors across India. We are looking for a technically strong and execution-focused Assistant Project Manager – MEP to support the successful delivery of large-scale workplace interior projects.

Role Overview

The Assistant Project Manager – MEP will be responsible for managing end-to-end MEP execution under the guidance of the Project Manager. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience supporting or managing commercial office fit-out projects of 50,000–1,00,000 sq. ft.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Building Services.

Good understanding of MEP coordination, site execution, and project management.

Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.

Good client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
