Qualifications

• BTECH (Mechanical) or marine engineer with MOT Class 1/2 certificate required.
• Minimum 12 months marine field experience, preferably on dredgers, as Second Engineer.
• Experience in dredger maintenance and marine operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise vessel maintenance activities ensuring safety and operational readiness.
• Lead emergency response during vessel incidents and implement crisis procedures.
• Ensure timely regulatory compliance with Class and statutory requirements to avoid detentions.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, monitor fuel usage, and manage inventory and invoicing.
• Oversee procurement of services and spares, considering lead times and budget.
• Promote safety culture, conduct drills, and ensure environmental compliance.
• Stay current with digital tools and AI advances to enhance operations.
• Mentor and develop team members for growth and performance.

Job Summary

Education Qualification

Work Experience
