Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quality professional to lead Product & Process Audits for the Commercial Vehicle & Assembly Line. The role includes ensuring outgoing vehicle quality and managing daily quality activities.

You will supervise a team of inspectors and auditors, conduct root-cause analyses of customer complaints and line defects, and drive daily MIS generation with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical is required.
• 8–10 years of general experience in quality/audit roles.
• Core skills include 3D Modeling, analytical thinking, auditing, communication, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle Product & Process Audit for Commercial Vehicle & Assembly Line (TCF).
• Ensure outgoing vehicle quality and monitor via Daily Work Management.
• Lead a team of inspectors and auditors across shifts.
• Perform root cause analysis of customer complaints, in-process defects and line rejections.
• Generate daily MIS for quality indicators and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.

1. 1.Handling of Product & Process Audit of Commercial Vehicle & Assembly Line ( TCF ).
2. 2. Responsible for Outgoing Vehicle Quality level and monitoring the same through Daily work management.
3. 3. Managing team of Inspectors & Auditors working in Shifts.
4. 4. Root cause analysis of customer complaints , In-process defects and Line rejections.
5. 5. Daily MIS generation for all Quality indicators , conducting meeting with stake holders and taking corrective actions.
6. 6. Monitoring of actions & Escalating nonadherence of actions.
7. 7. Monitoring of Process Capability through SPC & monitoring of R&R through MSA.
8. 8. Standardization of all Process Parameters, SOP/SOS & updation of Control Plan & Check sheet.
9. 9. Product & Process Improvement through Kaizen, Poka-yoke & Detection control (AI based ).
10. 10. New Product introduction & EN management & Planning for all Quality evaluation.
