Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited seeks an experienced engineer to drive part development from concept to production, ensuring quality and cost targets across the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with design teams and suppliers to achieve on-time delivery and robust manufacturing processes.

You will lead cross-functional activities, manage risk, and report progress while contributing to continuous improvement and value engineering.

Qualifications

Job description

• APQP: Experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and its application in part development.

• Component Development: Ability to develop and procure components from vendors within time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Supplier Management: Experience in vendor analysis, rationalization, capacity assessment, and time frame agreement.
• Design Review: Ability to review design and manufacturing feasibility assessments with R&D.
• Problem Solving: Proactive identification and resolution of issues, maintaining quality standards.
