Job summary

Adani Power is seeking a seasoned Security Manager to lead corporate security initiatives across our facilities. The role focuses on developing robust policies, managing security teams, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and respond to incidents.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, extensive experience in security management, and up-to-date knowledge of security technologies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the Power plant.
• Experience in security management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of security protocols and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of the organization's assets and personnel.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend security enhancements as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns and develop appropriate solutions.
• Manage and oversee security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor security operations to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners during security incidents.
• Stay updated on security trends, threats, and best practices to proactively enhance security measures.
