Responsibilities

• Monitor all financial and non-financial processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and share insights with stakeholders.
• Build controls for processes run on various platforms outside Cardone.
• Review all process SOPs and approaches.
• Identify opportunities for overall customer experience improvement.
• Prepare reports and MIS dashboards as per stakeholder requirements.
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion.
• Perform process documentation and compliance adherence.

Role Purpose

Responsible for undertaking day to day activities for monitoring purpose.

Role Accountability

• Monitor of all financial as well as non financial process
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and sharing insights with stakeholder for process enhancement & fix
• Build controls for processes being run on various platforms outside Cardone i.e. V+ etc.
• Review all process SOPS's and approaches
• Identify opportunities for overall customer experience improvement
• Prepare reports and ensure monitoring/ audit reports are completed and distributed, following an audit/ monitoring, in accordance to established milestones and timelines
• Prepare reports and MIS dashboards as per stakeholder requirements
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion
• Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
