Vodafone Group Plc's VOIS arm seeks an experienced Oracle BRM Billing Operations professional to own L2 support for billing services, ensuring reliability and performance of core telecom billing functions.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Billing Operations professional to take ownership of L2 application operations for Oracle Billing and Revenue Management services. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, availability and performance of critical telecom billing functions including rating, charging, bill-cycle execution, invoicing, payments, adjustments, collections and revenue assurance processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in incident management, billing assurance, operational automation, stakeholder collaboration and continual service improvement while ensuring SLA and KPI commitments are consistently achieved.
