Job summary

WNS Global Services is seeking a Deputy Manager - Operations to drive FPNA activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management and variance analysis. The role leads a 20+ member team in an outsourcing environment and ensures accurate month-end close and reporting.

The incumbent will handle model maintenance, data validations, and senior management reporting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Masters or Graduate in commerce with minimum 7-8 Years of relevant experience.
• Experience in outsourcing environments and managing 20+ FTEs.
• Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting expenses allocation and variance analysis.
• Month-end cost management and model maintenance.
• Data uploads, reporting and flash reports for management.
• P&L reviews and ICCAP/variance reporting for committees.
