You will recruit and train advisors from the open market, ensure minimum recruitment levels per month, and generate business via dealer visits and bank branch alignments.

The role is permanent, based in a digital office with the Retail Business Group, requiring 1–5 years in sales and a proactive field presence.

• Graduate with sales aptitude and willingness to recruit and train advisors.
• Target-driven approach with ability to work in a field-based role.
