Job summary

TAK Technologies in India is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to deliver complex Gate Management, perimeter protection and electronic security projects. You will manage end-to-end execution from planning through handover, coordinating with clients, OEMs, vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong technical and execution capabilities, with experience in large-scale, mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 815 years of relevant experience in electronic security, ELV, perimeter protection or integrated security projects.
• Engineering/Diploma qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, IT or related discipline.
• Experience in Government-sector projects, particularly CPWD and Defence establishments, will be highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to large-scale, mission-critical and high-security sites will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, site execution, installation, integration, testing and commissioning.
• Manage clients, consultants, OEMs, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, cost and resource deployment.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, networking and other project dependencies.
• Manage FAT/SAT, commissioning, documentation, snag closure and final handover.
• Identify project risks and drive timely resolution of technical and execution challenges.
• Support billing, variations, additional works and commercial closure.

Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end execution of integrated security and perimeter protection projects, from planning and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
