Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financials for the group.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes.
• Prepare MIS and management presentations for CFO, Board and Audit Committee.
• Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers.
• Coordinate with business unit finance teams on data, closing and queries.
• Assist in audits (statutory, internal, limited review) and Ind AS compliance.
• Support fund raising, lender reporting and bank compliance documents.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and capex tracking.
• Contribute to special projects like M&A due diligence and process improvements.

Job Summary:

Support the CFO team on group-level financial reporting, planning and analysis, and special finance projects across the companys businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financials for the group
• Support the budgeting, forecasting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
• Prepare MIS and management presentations for the CFO, Board and Audit Committee
• Do variance analysis (actual vs budget and vs last year) and explain key drivers
• Coordinate with business unit finance teams on data, closing and queries
• Support statutory audit, internal audit and limited review with the auditors
• Help with Ind AS compliance, accounting policy updates and technical accounting queries
• Support fund raising, lender reporting and bank compliance documents
• Assist in cash flow monitoring, working capital review and capex tracking
• Work on special projects such as M&A due diligence, business case evaluation, and process improvement
• Help with finance automation and ERP / reporting tool improvements
