Job summary

• Formulate cyber security concepts for OT systems
• Coordinate with project, commissioning and client stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with standards, specifications and quality
• Support testing, site commissioning and troubleshooting
• Assist in documentation reviews and client approvals

We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of DCS Design & Engineering, responsible for handling end-to-end engineering and design activities of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Turbine DEH / EHC control systems for large capacity Thermal & Hydro power plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic and detailed engineering of:
• Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
• Turbine DEH / EHC control & protection system
• Develop:
• Control philosophies
• Overall DCS Configuration
• Functional design specifications
• Tag database
• Logic diagrams and system configurations
• Mimics
• Design of DCS Panel including hardware selection & its arrangements
• Design of industrial standard communication protocols such as OPC, Modbus etc.
• Design of cyber security philosophy, policies & implementation of OT system
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project, commissioning, and client stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, project specifications, and quality requirements
• Participate in system testing, site commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Support documentation, reviews, and client approvals
