Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager / Manager in DP Operations in Gujarat.

The role requires 6–10 years in depository operations, preferably with a CDSL or NSDL participant, and a First Class Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics. You will manage daily DP ops, settlements, and compliance, ensuring high service quality and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include reconciling holdings, handling audits, and responding to client escalations.

• Understanding of depository regulations and SEBI guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily DP operations including demat/remat, pledging, transmission, and settlement.
• Ensure adherence to depository and SEBI guidelines.
• Reconcile client and DP holdings on a periodic basis.
• Handle audit queries, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
• Manage client escalations and ensure service quality.
