Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Pune district seeks a hands-on Maintenance Engineer for presses, robots, and material handling systems. You will troubleshoot and maintain press lines, EOT cranes, hoists and conveyors to ensure smooth production.

Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, MES awareness, and PM planning is essential. BE/ Diploma in Mechanical/Automobiles with 3+ years of shop-floor maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in press lines and related equipment.
• Experience with EOT cranes, robotics, and material handling systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to MES and maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, PM).
• Familiarity with PM planning and major maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain press lines, robots, and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting on hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Plan and execute PM for EOT cranes and conveyors.
• Monitor process parameters and maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, PM).

Job description

• Diagnosis & trouble shooting Press Mechanical. Depth knowledge and sound concepts for press gears & mechanical assembly and EOT crane mechanical maintenance management
• Operation ,troubleshooting &

Equipment Hands on Experience- Operating, Maintaining & troubleshooting / installation & Commissioning.

1) Hands on experience of Maintenance of Press line / Robots Material handling equipment's (Yaskawa ,Schuler Make)

3) EOT crane maintenance - Rail alignment / PM planning and major maintenance.

4) Maintenance knowledge of press shop equipment's, (Hoists, Conveyors,) .

5) Knowledge of process parameters, monitoring & controlling the same.

6) Understands hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams . Operations & troubleshooting of Hydraulics & Pneumatics.

7)Knowledge of Maintenance system &MIS - MTTR, MTBF, PM, TBM , CBM ,IR , Lubrication Mgt., Kaizens / Poka-yoke / MP Sheets , Energy and water mgt. Spares Mgt

8) Exposure to manufacturing Execution system (MES).
