Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee press maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, troubleshooting, and TPM PM pillar activities in an automotive manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 5–12 years of hands-on experience with presses, CNC machines, and quality tools, with BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive engineering. On-site role based in Chakan.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive engineering.
• Knowledge of QC tools, Kaizen, VSM, MFMEA, CBM, TBM and RCA.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems on presses.
• Experience with CNC machines and presses in automotive manufacturing.

• 2.Troubleshooting of Mechanical power Presses, EOT cranes.
• 3. Knowledge and Skill to repair Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems on Presses.
• 4. Checking and Correcting Parallelism and Perpendicularity of Presses.
• 5. Monitoring Statutory, Regulatory and Legal Requirements.
• 6. P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of Try-out and Spotting Presses.
• 7. P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of CNC Machines.
• 8. P.M. And Uptime of Utilities like Overhead Cranes, DG Sets, Compressors, and Forlifts.
• 9. Planning, Controlling and Monitoring spares.
• 10. Implementation of TPM PM Pillar Activities.
