Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Maharashtra seeks an experienced professional to lead manufacturing TCF assembly and supply chain initiatives. The role focuses on PFEP, inventory norm adherence, and facility planning to optimize space and cost.

The candidate should have 2–8 years in manufacturing, with knowledge of MHE, packaging optimization, and end-to-end supply chain solutions to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing TCF Assembly and knowledge of Supply Value Chain.
• Experience in facility planning and implementation in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of MHE selection, workout and implementation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PFEP for all type of Vehicle Assembly Lines.
• Demonstrate wide knowledge of Inventory Norms and its planning & implementation for GA line.
• Apply TCF Assembly process knowledge for facility planning and implementation.
• Utilize MHE knowledge for selection, workout and implementation.
• Ensure cost effective packaging proposals and their implementation.
• Design and implement supply chain solutions based on industry best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure facility implementation as per project timeline.
• Determine cost-effective packaging and ways to reduce transport cost.
• Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Prepare Capex budget and monitor it.
• Prepare Stores layout, space requirements and utilization according to inventory norms.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of FTGs.
• Implement warehouse automation and digital tools for operational efficiency.
