Job summary

HITACHI VANTARA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a GST Compliance professional to manage PAN India GST litigations and filings across multiple registrations. The role covers contract reviews related to GST and insurance clauses, ensuring timely responses to notices and audits, and maintaining statutory certifications.

The candidate will handle GSTR-9/9C filings for all registrations and for KSB Tech Private Limited, contributing to compliance across India within a large corporate framework.

Responsibilities

• Handling PAN India GST Litigations (20 registrations)
• Timely correspondence / reply to SCNs / Audits / Notices
• Timely renewal of all statutory certifications / permissions w.r.t. GST Act, 2017
• Responsible for filing of GSTR9/9c for all the registrations across India (20 registrations)
• Responsible for filing of GSTR-9/9c for KSB Tech Private Limited.
• Handling Contract Review thorough review of Customer Contract w.r.t. GST and basic insurance clause and providing correct comments
