Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Global Business Services team in India. The role focuses on GL, AP, budgeting and forecasting, with emphasis on accuracy, data integrity and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance, CA/CA Inter or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills. You will drive process improvements and ensure compliance while delivering high-quality financial information.

Qualifications

• CA/CA Inter or postgraduate in Finance with 10+ years experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Global Business Finance Processes.
• Ability to take decisions independently and prepare dashboards for management review.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL duties: journals, reconciliations, fixed assets, impairment and depreciation.
• Oversee AP cycle, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial statements and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders clearly.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance and quality control.

Job Description

• Excellent knowledge of GL (preparation of Journals, reconciliations, Fixed Assets — impairment and Depreciation) and also AP cycle
• Candidate must have in depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, liquidity management.
• Analytical skills to analyze Financial Statements
• Excellent communication skills — Speaking and Writing both. Candidate must be able to interact with stakeholders independently
• Excellent report writing skills
• Candidate needs to have eye for detail & process improvement mindset
• Candidate must be self-starter and should be able to handle the assignments independently
• Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, policies and procedures
• Providing customer service which meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Assuring compliance and quallty control review
• Ensuring data integrity and preparing financial information as required, in accordance with expected accuracy, timeliness and accessibilit
