Job summary

TechnipFMC is seeking a senior finance professional to join our Global Business Services (GBS) for controllership, reporting, and process improvement. This role focuses on delivering accurate financial information, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders across Finance and Accounting.

Based in India, the candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and data integrity while driving cost efficiency and customer focus.

Qualifications

• CA/CA Inter/Post Graduate in Finance with 10+ years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Global Business Finance Processes.
• Ability to take decisions independently.
• Experience of preparing dashboards for management review.
• Strong technical SME capability.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Ability to foresee risks and develop mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• In-Depth knowledge and experience in Controllership and reporting.
• Knowledge of GL (journals, reconciliations, Fixed Assets – impairment and Depreciation) and AP.
• Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, liquidity management.
• Analyze Financial Statements.
• Interact with stakeholders independently and communicate clearly.
• Eye for detail and process improvement mindset.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Ensuring compliance with rules, policies and procedures.
• Providing customer service meeting or exceeding expectations.

Job Description

• Candidate must have In-Depth knowledge and experience in the field of Controllership and reporting
• Excellent knowledge of GL (preparation of Journals, reconciliations, Fixed Assets – impairment and Depreciation) and also AP cycle
• Candidate must have in depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, liquidity management.
• Analytical skills to analyze Financial Statements
• Excellent communication skills – Speaking and Writing both. Candidate must be able to interact with stakeholders independently
• Candidate needs to have eye for detail & process improvement mindset
• Candidate must be self-starter and should be able to handle the assignments independently
• Candidate needs to have eye for detail & process improvement mindset
• Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, policies and procedures
• Providing customer service which meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Assuring compliance and quality control review
• Ensuring data integrity and preparing financial information as required, in accordance with expected accuracy, timeliness and accessibility

• You are a CA/ CA Inter/ Post Graduate/ in Finance with 10+ years of experience
• You have excellent working knowledge of Global Business Finance Processes
• You have ability to take decisions independently
• You have experience of preparing process related dashboards for management review
• You have strong technical bent as SME
• You have sound knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint & Excel)
• You have ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans
• You have ability to build impactful customer relationship; enhance Customer Satisfaction Score
