Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited in Chennai seeks a Dy Manager – FD CDMM to drive development of proprietary engine parts and associated tooling, with a focus on timely, first-time-right delivery across new projects. The role requires strong project planning, APQP/VPPAP know-how and close supplier collaboration.

The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams to manage costs, timelines and quality through MM SAP interfaces, Excel-based analyses and internal/externalStakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• BE Mech qualification with relevant experience.
• 4–8 years experience in Automotive/Farm sector.
• Good command of English, Hindi & Marathi is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, VPPAP and quality systems.

Dy Manager - FD CDMM Responsible to Development of Parts of New Projects of Engine – Proprietary Viz. Sintered, Fuel, Oil Filters, Engine Bearings, Turbochargers, Water Pump, Oil Pump, HLA-RFF, CNG Kit, EGR Cooler, EGR Module, Oil Cooler, Damper Pulleys, Engine Valves etc. for First-time Right and Every Time Right delivery the Engine projects on given timeline thru part development process From suppliers QCDd (Quality, Cost, Delivery & Development) approach

Job Requirements

Experience (years) 4 to 8 years Industry Preferred Automotive / Farm Qualification BE Mech Personality Traits Competencies Influential and capable to handle the Suppliers and internal customers. General Requirements Knowledge of English, Hindi & Marathi is mandatory Good command on suppliers

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
• Knowledge if using TCE, Cordys etc
