Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in India seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to drive line productivity, cost control and mass production initiatives on the assembly line.

You will lead departmental budgeting, monitor performance and coordinate with internal teams and vendors for improvements. Responsibilities include defect data analysis, countermeasures, training adherence, and guiding the team to meet PQCDSM targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing line optimization and PQCDSM targets.

Responsibilities

• Improve man cost control and productivity on the manufacturing line.
• Lead departmental budgeting, planning and monitoring activities.
• Analyze defects data and implement countermeasures.
• Coordinate with internal/external departments and vendors for improvements.
• Establish new products and implement mass production processes.
• Ensure training schedules are followed for workers and staff.
• Manage daily manpower and resolve conflicts; mentor subordinates.
• Lead teams to achieve assembly and process PQCDSM targets.
• Perform gap analyses of production loss, quality loss and breakdowns.
• Synchronize parts across different models for smooth production.
