Job summary

Authentic Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for roles based in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The candidate will lead EHS management across chemical, engineering, metal, or manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with Indian EHS laws and global standards.

The role requires 7–12 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and a track record of using dashboards and KPIs to drive safety performance. A DIS or higher qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of EHS management experience in Gujarat industries.
• ISO 14001/45001 Lead Auditor or NEBOSH/OSHA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian EHS legislation and global standards.

Education:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Environment/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering OR Post Graduate in Environment/Safety Management. Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS) from a recognized institute (mandatory).
