Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary technical teams across Analytics, Citizen Development, Azure, IoT, .NET or related digital technology areas.
• Strong hands-on experience in Analytics solution implementation, including data analysis, data modelling, dashboard/report development, data integration concepts, KPI definition, testing, performance improvement, and stakeholder sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support analytics teams with clear goals and collaboration.
• Own technical implementation of analytics solutions from data modelling to deployment.

Analytics technical leadershipOwn and guide the technical implementation of Analytics solutions, including requirement analysis, KPI definition, data modelling, data extraction, transformation and loading, semantic layer design, dashboard/report development, performance optimization, testing, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support.3. Delivery steering across digital solution teamsCoordinate delivery priorities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple technology areas while ensuring predictable execution and measurable business outcomes.4.
