• Analyse data trends and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Identify cohorts performing well, adoption lag, and required interventions.
• Provide insight-led inputs on persistency, renewal, SI, rider addition and related priorities.
• Partner with channel engagement to provide insights and correct actions.
• Support tactical decision-making through region, product and cohort analysis.
• Enable targeted engagement with business teams based on data observations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reports through automation and improved visualization.
