Key Responsibilities

• Application Support:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
• Respond to and resolve application issues reported by end-users promptly.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• SQL and Database Management:
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries.
• Perform data analysis and create reports as needed.
• Linux Command Utilization:
• Utilize Linux commands to manage and maintain server environments.
• Perform routine system checks and monitor system performance.Automate routine tasks using shell scripts.
• Incident Management:
• Document and track incidents, ensuring they are resolved within the defined SLA.
• Collaborate with Vendor to identify and address root causes of issues.
• User Training and Documentation:
• Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of applications.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance application stability and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
