Role & responsibilities

1. Utilize Tally software for daily accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation.
2. Prepare and file GST returns accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Manage and file TDS returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax laws and regulations.
4. Oversee banking operations, including processing payments, reconciling bank statements, and managing cash flow.
5. Implement effective treasury management practices to optimize cash resources and minimize financial risks.
6. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, data manipulation, and reporting purposes.
7. Draft professional and concise letters, emails, and other correspondences for various business purposes.
8. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Generate insightful and accurate financial reports for management review, decision-making, and strategic planning.
10. Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide timely and relevant financial information to stakeholders.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
12. Stay updated on regulatory changes, accounting standards, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
13. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
