Responsibilities

• Utilize Tally software for daily accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and file TDS returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax laws and regulations.
• Oversee banking operations, including processing payments, reconciling bank statements, and managing cash flow.
• Implement effective treasury management practices to optimize cash resources and minimize financial risks.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, data manipulation, and reporting purposes.
• Draft professional and concise letters, emails, and other correspondences for various business purposes.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate insightful and accurate financial reports for management review, decision-making, and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide timely and relevant financial information to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, accounting standards, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
