We are looking for a skilled professional with strong hands‑on experience in Downstream Processing/ Protein Purification to join our Vaccine Research & Development team.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of the experiments related to Protein Purification, data compilation and development reports preparation.
• Performing Protein Purification of vaccine projects.
• Literature review related to the protein purification process.
• AKTA- purification systems handling and its maintenance.
• Column packing for purification.
• Data analysis & troubleshooting.
• Column cleaning (Pre and post run CIP), maintenance and storage.
• Protein concentration using TFF and hollow fibers.
• Raw Material and consumables management related to downstream work.
• Antibody purification for in-house reagent preparation.

Requirements

• M.Sc./M.Tech/Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related processing preferred.
