• ? Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines for materials used in renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• ? Conduct regular inspections and audits of material suppliers to evaluate their quality management systems, manufacturing processes, and product quality.
• ? Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish quality requirements for materials and suppliers, including specifications, testing protocols, and acceptance criteria.
• ? Monitor and analyse material quality data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

Work Experience:

• ? 5-10 Years
• ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on material quality assurance in the renewable energy or related industry.
• ? Experience in conducting supplier audits, quality inspections, and root cause analysis investigations.

Qualification Certification Required:

• ? Bachelor?s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• ? Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor) is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Technology Platform:

• ? Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing.
• ? Knowledge of materials commonly used in renewable energy projects, including metals, composites, polymers, and electronic components.
• ? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• ? Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and implement quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
