Job summary

CleanMax is seeking an experienced Head of Security to safeguard assets and infrastructure across clusters in Gujarat. You will lead asset protection, oversee 24/7 vigilance, and drive training programs for security personnel to ensure operational readiness.

The role requires 8–10 years of industrial security leadership, strong vendor governance, and the ability to liaise with government authorities while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with local laws, land/ROW matters, and government functioning.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively.
• Certifications in Industrial Security, Risk Management, or related fields preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial/corporate security management, preferably handling large site or cluster operations.
• Experience in government liaisoning, community engagement, and ROW management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physical security of assets including buildings, towers, equipment, and critical infrastructure.

• Design and execute periodic training programs for security personnel on SOPs and emergency response.
• Build and maintain relationships with police authorities, district administration, and government agencies.
• Manage third-party security agencies and ensure compliance with SLAs and company standards.
• Validate and process monthly vendor invoices, deployment records, attendance sheets, and billing docs.

ROLE

• Asset Protection & Infrastructure Security: Ensure physical security of company assets including buildings, towers, equipment, and other critical infrastructure
• Vigilance & Surveillance Management: Establish and maintain a robust vigilance and surveillance network across the cluster with 24/7 monitoring capabilities
• Training & Capability Development: Design and execute periodic training programs for security personnel on SOPs, emergency response, compliance, conflict management, and operational readiness
• Government & Community Liaison: Build and maintain effective relationships with police authorities, district administration, and relevant government agencies
• Vendor & Security Workforce Management: Manage third‑party security agencies and ensure compliance with SLAs, statutory requirements, and company standards
