Job summary

Civil Mantra seeks an experienced Highway Asset Management professional to lead pavement condition assessments and oversee survey activities across highway networks. You will coordinate NSV, FWD, and structural evaluations, while supervising MBIU, bridge inspections, NDT, road safety, and material investigations.

You will manage GIS, LiDAR, Drone, DGPS, Total Station, and topographic surveys, ensuring QA/QC from field to report.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of highway asset management and pavement condition assessment.
• Hands-on understanding of NSV, FWD, IRI, rutting, and 3D laser profiling.
• Knowledge of GIS software including ArcGIS, QGIS, and Global Mapper.
• Experience with LiDAR, Drone, DGPS, Total Station, and topographic surveys.
• Knowledge of bridge inspection, NDT coordination, and road safety assessments.
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical, reporting, and client coordination skills.
• Experience in tender preparation, technical proposals, vendor management, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway asset management and pavement condition assessment projects.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors, timelines, and deliverables.
• Implement GIS-based digital workflows and survey automation solutions.

• Supervise MBIU, bridge inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), road safety, and material investigation assignments.
• Manage GIS, LiDAR, Drone, DGPS, GPS, Total Station, and topographic survey activities.
• Oversee field mobilisation, survey execution, data processing, analysis, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, tender documents, quotations, and project methodologies.
• Handle technical due diligence assignments related to Toll-Operate-Transfer (ToT), InvIT, and highway asset monetisation.
• Coordinate with NHAI, PIUs, clients, contractors, and specialist agencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Implement GIS-based digital workflows, spatial databases, and survey automation solutions.
