Job summary

Indira IVF Hospital is seeking a Centre Operations Manager in Uttar Pradesh to optimize performance across IVF centres. You will collaborate with Centre Heads, doctors, and counsellors to boost patient conversions, revenue and overall patient care.

The role demands 4–7 years in healthcare operations with a proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder management. On-site work in Kanpur-Noida region with strong operational and service delivery focus.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in healthcare, hospital, IVF, clinic, or centre operations with 4–7 years of experience.
• Strong experience in operations management, patient counselling, and driving business performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive centre performance by monitoring footfalls, conversions, revenue and profitability.
• Partner with Centre Heads, doctors, pharmacists, and counsellors to improve patient conversions and business outcomes.
• Lead patient counselling initiatives including financial counselling, treatment guidance and patient engagement throughout the journey.
• Monitor telecalling, follow-ups, appointments, and conversion tracking.
• Enhance patient experience and satisfaction through service delivery and staff training.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth centre operations.
• Ensure staffing, onboarding, training and productivity.
• Support local marketing, digital engagement and business development activities.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and organizational policies.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive centre performance by monitoring B2B/B2C footfalls, conversions, revenue, and profitability.
• Partner with Centre Heads, doctors, pharmacists, and counsellors to improve patient conversions and business outcomes.
• Lead patient counselling initiatives, including financial counselling, treatment guidance, and patient engagement throughout the treatment journey.
• Monitor telecalling activities, patient follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and conversion tracking.
• Enhance patient experience, patient satisfaction, and NPS through effective service delivery and staff training.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Embryology, Biomedical, etc.) to ensure smooth centre operations.
• Ensure adequate staffing, onboarding, training, and employee productivity.
• Support local marketing initiatives, digital engagement, online reputation management, and business development activities.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, operational policies, and organizational standards.

Preferred candidate profile
