Job summary

AP Management Consultants is seeking a candidate in Palakkad, Kerala to manage depot stock and invoicing duties. The role involves stock checking, tally-based inventory updates, issuing invoices, and supporting miscellaneous official tasks.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to Tally or similar accounting software, a valid two-wheeler license, and the ability to handle stock updates and piece sales quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience with tally and accounting software is preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license required.
• Depot stock handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check inward and outward stocks.
• Update stock in Tally and perform physical stock verification.
• Raise invoices in Tally system.
• Assist in cutting piece sales and bundling.
• Provide support to external official work.

Role & responsibilities

Working Knowledge of Depot Stock handling and be responsible to Depot Sales and products.

• Checking of Inward / Outward Stocks
• To handle stock updation in Tally Systems as well as physical stock verification / updation
• Capable of raising Invoice in Tally system
• Assist in cutting piece sales & bundling.
• Provide support to outside official work

Key Skills & Competencies

• Exposure to Tally and other accounting software preferable
• Possession of valid Two wheeler driving license.
