Job summary

Astral Pipes in Indore seeks a logistics assistant to manage depot activities, invoicing, stock transfers, and goods receipts on SAP. The role requires hands-on Excel skills for MIS/reporting and fluency in Hindi and English.

The candidate will maintain inward/outward registers, PODs, track goods in/out dates, coordinate with logistics staff on delivery dates, and ensure safe storage and timely unloading of materials.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP is required.
• Hands-on Excel skills for MIS and reporting.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all depot storage activities.
• Prepare invoices, stock transfers, and goods receipt notes in SAP.
• Maintain inward and outward registers and PODs.
• Record the date goods are received and when they are delivered.
• Arrange unloading and ensure safe storage by workers.
• Coordinate with logistics on delivery dates and arrange removal of goods.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MIS.

Job profile /Responsibilities

• Assist in all the work that goes in & out storage Depot
• Making invoice, stock transfer, goods received in documents on SAP
• Making inward & outward registers & maintain PODs
• Keep a record on the day the goods are got in and on what day they have delivered
• Arrange for the goods to be unloaded and safely stored away by the workers
• Coordinate with the logistics personnel on the delivery date & make arrangements for the goods to be taken away.
• Person should be good in MIS
