Wings Pharmaceuticals in Delhi is seeking a Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning professional with 3+ years of experience and MBA qualification. You will analyze historical data, develop demand forecasts, and craft supply plans to align with production and materials availability.

You will monitor inventory, support S&OP processes, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to integrate promos and launches into forecasts. Preference for candidates near NSP, Pitampura, Delhi.

Responsabilidades

• Develop short- and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market trends and statistical tools.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to incorporate promotional plans, launches, and market insights into forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment needs and slow-moving stock to optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production and Logistics to align manufacturing schedules and ensure product availability.
• Track forecast accuracy, analyze variances and implement corrective actions to improve planning efficiency.
• Lead monthly demand reviews and S&OP activities to align demand, supply and business objectives.
• Identify supply risks, delays and shortages, coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare periodic planning reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes, tools and systems.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of exp. in Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning, with an MBA qualification (mandatory). The candidate should have hands‑on experience in analyzing historical sales data, preparing demand forecasts, developing supply plans, monitoring inventory levels. Candidates residing near NSP, Pitampura, Delhi will be given preference.
