Aristocrat is seeking a diligent and analytical Demand & Parts Planning Analyst to support global supply chain operations through forecasting, planning systems management, inventory analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role plays an important part in maintaining planning system integrity, generating demand projections, evaluating operational performance, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory outcomes, forecast quality, and process efficiency. Working closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and operations teams, this position helps translate data into actionable insights that strengthen decision-making across demand and parts planning activities.

The ideal candidate combines supply chain planning experience with strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a passion for improving business processes and operational results.

What You’ll Do

Manage critical system settings, replenishment parameters, and data relationships that influence inventory positioning and material availability.

Build and maintain planning structures and product relationships that enable effective material, repair, returns, and service parts execution.

Generate demand projections and planning inputs using established methodologies, system capabilities and business assumptions.

Evaluate performance trends, identify drivers of variance, and uncover opportunities to improve operational results.

Investigate exceptions impacting inventory, service levels, or forecast performance and develop actionable corrective measures.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, materials planning, procurement planning, or other supply chain roles involving forecasting, replenishment, or inventory optimization.
• Knowledge of forecasting methods, inventory concepts, replenishment strategies, and operational planning practices.
• Experience working with ERP, MRP, APS, or other technology platforms used to manage supply chain activities.
• Familiarity with planning master data, product structures, planning attributes, or related system administration responsibilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and translate information into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability, including root cause investigation and recommendation development.
• Experience measuring business performance, interpreting trends, and driving data-informed decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across global teams.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, process rigor, and a continuous improvement approach.
