Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Team Lead in Bengaluru with 7–11 years of experience and a Graduation. The role focuses on transforming order management from creation to fulfillment, including invoicing, inventory, and activation of billing, with distributed order management for online and physical networks.

You will supervise day-to-day workload and resolve escalations across cross-functional teams.

What would you do?

• Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.
• The team helps assess design build and implement best practices on process organization and technology to create execute and run a collaborative sales and support roles
• Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing.
• Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Order Management - P4
• The Team Leader role reflects a first level of process supervision and oversight. Sometimes referred to as Supervisoror Assistant Manager, this role manages daytoday workload and firstlevel process escalation and reviews processes for accuracy and timeliness. Analyse root causes of order failures, fulfilment delays, and revenue leakages; drive corrective and preventive actions, Lead endtoend resolution of escalated order issues involving cross-functional teams . 5+ years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside.
• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
