Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst to manage Record to Report processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while meeting SLAs and KPIs. The role involves reviewing accounting transactions, identifying process improvements, and supporting month-end close and reporting activities.

You will join the Finance Operations vertical, collecting data, reconciling transactions, and ensuring balance sheet integrity with SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in record-to-report and financial reporting processes.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and internal controls is a plus.
• Experience with journal entries, month-end close and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for the client and ensure timely, accurate delivery, meet SLAs and KPIs, and review and approve accounting transactions.
• Align with Finance Operations to collect data/reports, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions.

What would you do?

In this role you are required to do manage operations for the client and ensure timely and accurate delivery, meet the SLAs and KPIs, review and approve accounting transactions, identify areas of improvement. Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.

What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with SOX and other control requirements. International accounting standards guide the reporting of various transactions and events in financial statements. The Record to Report Team is responsible for general accounting, month end close and reporting performing SOX and other operational controls. This role requires a solid understanding of general ledger accounting, month end close and reporting activities.
