What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Responsible for managing and overseeing lease accounting processes in compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 standards. This role ensures accurate recording of lease transactions, preparation of financial reports, and reconciliation of lease-related accounts. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, optimize lease management, and support month-end and year-end close activities The Account Reconciliation team focuses on general ledger accounting which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts. The role requires a good understanding of P&L accounts, bookkeeping, journal entries, voucher entry, trial balance, and month-end reporting. The role may also need expertise around intercompany reconciliations, cut-off policies, transfer pricing policies, formal confirmation policy & procedure, dispute resolution policy & procedure, and general procedure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Good knowledge ERP systems SAP.
• Preparation of treasury transactions, including cash management, and investments.
• Cash Position and forecast preparation
• Understand the level of risk & propose mitigation plans and partner with other support teams as to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
• As an individual contributor, you will oversee small teams and/or work efforts
• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. Decisions that are made by you will impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
• Month-End & Year-End Close
• Support closing activities including reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Prepare detailed lease reports for financial statements and disclosures.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation

• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
