In this critical senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing high-revenue enterprise technology programs, managing large multidisciplinary engineering teams of 50 to 80+ members, and driving P&L accountability. You will leverage your deep practical expertise in delivery management, contract negotiations, commercial governance, and direct customer stakeholder engagement to ensure uncompromised service excellence. Detailed Job Description:

As a Delivery Manager supporting server and storage operations at Global Tech Village in Bangalore via CoStaff Global, you will take full operational, financial, and tactical ownership of enterprise technology service delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include steering large-scale infrastructure deployments, managing P&L statements, conducting contract management and commercial negotiations, and providing direct leadership to engineering teams ranging from 50 to 80+ professionals. You will collaborate closely with C-suite client executives, product lifecycle managers, and technical architects to mitigate project risks, optimize resource allocation, and ensure flawless execution. Furthermore, you will drive high-revenue project governance, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and champion operational efficiency across all server and storage domain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct end-to-end delivery management for enterprise server, storage, and datacenter infrastructure projects.
• Manage large multidisciplinary technical teams consisting of 50 to 80+ engineering and support professionals.
• Maintain full P&L accountability, financial forecasting, budget tracking, and revenue optimization across high-value contracts.
• Lead complex contract management, commercial negotiations, vendor agreements, and Statement of Work (SOW) finalizations.
• Engage directly with key customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and business leaders to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee high-revenue project portfolios, milestone tracking, risk mitigation strategies, and delivery governance.
• Supervise the full product lifecycle from initial planning and staging through deployment and operational handover.
• Establish rigorous quality assurance standards, delivery metrics dashboards, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 12+ years of professional IT experience with extensive specialization in delivery and project management.
• Deep domain expertise in enterprise server and storage infrastructure technologies.
• Proven track record managing large engineering teams ranging from 50 to 80+ members in a lateral or direct capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management, financial budgeting, and commercial profitability oversight.
• Strong background in contract management, commercial negotiations, and direct customer-facing stakeholder engagement.Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, executive communication, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work in India with availability for 100% on-site work from office at Global Tech Village, Bangalore.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Advanced postgraduate degrees such as an MBA or Master’s in Information Technology Management.
• Professional certifications in project management or service frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Expert, Agile Scrum Master).
• Prior professional experience working as a Delivery Manager within tier-1 IT services, system integration, or global capability centers (GCC).
• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise storage arrays (SAN/NAS), hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), and cloud migration models.
• Strong background in enterprise risk management and corporate governance frameworks.
