As a Delivery Manager supporting Programmers.ai in a remote capacity across India, you will take full operational, tactical, and strategic ownership of global client delivery programs, Agile sprint execution, and technical team leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing multidisciplinary engineering squads across software development, architecture, DevOps, and quality assurance, managing project risks and financial margins, partnering closely with US-based client stakeholders during PST overlap hours, and championing continuous improvement.
