Job summary

Acuity Analytics in India seeks an experienced Oracle ERP Program Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle EBS and Fusion projects, including migrations, upgrades, integrations, and cloud transformations. You will coordinate business and technical teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Lead Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and business transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and transition.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, security, infrastructure, and change management workstreams.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, system integrators, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, configuration, development, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, deployment, and post-production support activities.

Job Purpose

Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion application projects, including implementation, upgrades, integrations, cloud transformation initiatives, and support engagements. The role is responsible for driving successful project delivery by coordinating business and technical teams, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion projects, covering project initiation, planning, execution, go-live, stabilization, and closure.
• Lead Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and business transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and transition.

• Ensure successful delivery of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, MCA, or a related discipline.
• Strong project management experience delivering Oracle ERP transformation and application initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholder groups in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Experience driving governance, compliance, quality assurance, and delivery excellence across large-scale Oracle programs.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed teams and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 architecture and enterprise application landscape.
• Experience managing data migration, application modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise integration initiatives.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Projects, and related business functions.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications architecture, SaaS delivery model, and Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM, and PPM modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS customizations, CEMLI objects (Customizations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations), interfaces, workflows, concurrent programs, and reports.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration, personalization, extensions, reporting, and cloud integration approaches.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, middleware concepts, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and enterprise reporting solutions.
